How can I pay for my registration?
We accept cheques (Euros only and made payable to The Conference Collective Ltd Euros Account), debit and credit cards.  Please note we do not accept American Express, Diners or JCB. Payment by debit and credit cards are subject to an additional 3.5% bank administration charge (this is an additional charge to your booking).

  • Early bird rates close online on Thursday 18 August 2016.  Any registrations received after the early bird closing date will automatically be processed under the standard registration rate.
  • Please ensure that your membership is up-to-date before booking under any member rate.

When will I receive confirmation of my booking?
Once you have made your provisional conference registration, a booking acknowledgement will be emailed directly to the delegate/booker. Please check your junk mail to ensure this email has not been blocked. If you have requested an invoice, this will be attached to the email. Please note that it is the delegates’ responsibility to ensure that a copy of the invoice is forwarded to the paying organisation, as a hard copy will not be sent out in the post.

You will also receive an email one week prior to the conference with all the final information.

Can I transfer my place to someone else?
Conference registrations can be transferred free of charge. Registration transfers must be put in writing to the ARTERY Secretariat artery@conferencecollective.co.uk.

Refund Policy
Cancellation of registration bookings must be received in writing to artery@conferencecollective.co.uk.    Cancellations received will be refunded after the conference at the following rates:

– On or before 21 July 2016: Full fee, less an administration fee of €30
– Between 22 July and 1 September 2016: 50% of the registration fee
– After 2 September: We regret no refunds can be made

Named substitutions are permitted.

If you have registered for membership but cannot find a reference for your membership number, please contact the ARTERY Secretariat artery@conferencecolective.co.uk  for assistance.

My colleague is a member of ARTERY – can I use their membership number to obtain the discounted rates for the conference?

Unfortunately not. You will need to have your own membership and number to obtain the members’ rates for the conference.

Is access to the internet available at the conference?
There is free WiFi access at the Pisa Palazzo dei Congressi for all delegates.

What is the dress code at the conference?
Dress throughout the conference will be informal.

Pre-dinner drinks will be served at 19.45hrs, followed by dinner at 20.15hrs.

How do I book a ticket for the conference dinner?
Tickets for the conference dinner can be purchased during the registration process.

When will I receive my ticket for the conference dinner?
You will receive your conference dinner ticket when you pick up your conference badge from the registration desk. Tickets will only be given out once payment has been received.

Can I bring a guest to the conference dinner?
You are welcome to purchase conference dinner tickets for any guests you may wish to bring.

PRESENTING AT THE CONFERENCE

Are there any guidelines for presenting at conference?
Guidelines will be available for those presenting at the conference from July 2017. Please check the website for further details.

I’m presenting a poster at conference – do I need to bring anything with me?
If you are presenting a poster at the conference, all you need to remember is your poster! Velcro will be provided to attach your poster to the display board.

What is the Present-a-Poster service?
Save time and take the hassle out of carrying your poster to the conference by ordering through the Present-a-Poster service.  The service includes:

  • Poster printing on standard or deluxe paper
  • Transporting your poster directly to the conference
  • Putting the poster up for display

AFTER THE CONFERENCE
Will I receive a Certificate of Attendance for ARTERY17?
Certificates of Attendance will be emailed to all delegates who have signed the CPD register.

Can I get copies of the materials presented at conference?
With permission from the author, all presentations will be made available in the weeks after conference and uploaded on to the ARTERY website. Delegates will be notified by email when these are made available.
